If accepted, these will be with higher fees and will be discussed first with the client-I reserve the right to post my commissioned work to my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes, with respective credits to the client and/or artists involved.-I reserve the right to stream or show my work in progress / timelapses. Please contact me beforehand if you want to keep it hidden.-I reserve the right to withdraw from finishing a commission if problems occur that should make me uncomfortable. In that case, you might be issued a full, partial, or no refund depending on the progress made.-Please credit me when you use the commissioned work.-Do not use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc. and AI generating programs-Do not reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission. ABOUT THE ARTIST

Hi! Nice to meet you! My name is Ferrari and I'm a freelance artist with over 10 years of experience in illustration, character design, concept art, digital painting and some more other art stuff; and a lifetime love for art, specifically anime and manga!I'm at a point in my art career where I feel that I can be happier in my life and art if I become a full-time artist and earn off my own works instead of doing freelance stuff, so hopefully, these commission earnings will help me become more independent and produce more personal art!I currently work as a freelance, part-time artist for a NSFW game company, and that's all the info I can give due to NDA.I'm also trying to learn 3D, together with my lovely wife, and improve my animation skills to better myself and improve my art. Hopefully, we get into 3D printing and some animation shorts in the future!I'm also trying to seriously start working on making my own game, inspired by MMORPS and JRPGS!I hate generative A.I., yes, HATE! MY USUAL PROCESS AND WORKFLOW

- Client shows me the idea/s or character/s ( with samples/reference if necessary are very much appreciated), We can start from scratch too! That'll be more exciting and fun, specially if you give me freedom on the work!-After confirming there's no problem with the price, the schedule and other details about the commission- Payment DONE or 50% upfront via PAYPAL (refundable in certain circumstances)-After receiving the deposit, I will put your commission into my schedule. Before starting to work on your commission, I will contact you to confirm the details of the commission again.- I'll start working on the commission- I'll send in 1-4 sketches for APPROVAL (too much sketches and revisions are bad for my health)- I will continue to update the client with my progress, working on the number of revisions agreed upon along the way.- Once client is happy with final product and after sending final payment (if needed), I'll send in the artwork/s and other files as agreed on (.clip , .psd, jpeg , png)

PAYMENT INFO

- Please DO NOT pay me before I even see or accept the job- USD currency, or converted to said currency- I only accept PAID work- Currently, I only accept payment through Paypal- I require upfront FULL payment of agreed price or 50% Down Payment for a large piece, more than $1k, upon acceptance of work. Unless we agreed on partial payment, you must pay in full before I begin your commission. Failure to do so after 2 days will lead to cancellation.-For large pieces/projects FULL payment will be required upon completion for item delivery- Payment fees are already included in the price. Additional payment for additional work will be discussed and paid accordingly- Once paid, I'll confirm that I've received the amount agreed then I'll start working on your project.-Partial refunds are only allowed under certain circumstances and will be discussed with client. However, refunds after commission is completed is prohibited.-Payment details will be discussed upon acceptance of work

IMPORTANT: I'm currently working for a game company as a part-time freelance artist, please consider that if you plan to hire me. This will not, however, affect the quality of the work, just the time of completion. PERSONAL USE, COMMERCIAL USE AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS

I reserve the right to post commisioned artworks in any of my social media accounts.I reserve full rights to the artwork. Unless explicitly stated and agreed upon before start of commission, under no circumstances can my artworks be used commercially other than myself.Commercial use of the artwork should be discussed with me before starting or even accepting the commision.Personal Use Commissions -use for non-commercial purposes.Client may:
-print the artwork
-show it online (credit is required when possible)
-display as they please.Client may not:
-Sell any type of material featuring or derived from said commission iIf the client wants to use the piece commercially after the commission is done, it can be discussed and a fee will be applied.Commercial Use Commissions - directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation.Commercial activities would be:
-merchandise production
-images used in films and on TV
-in publications that are sold, & online or offline advertisements and commercial promotions.Using images on or in anything that is created with the intention of making a profit would be considered commercial use.I, the artist, maintain ownership of said artwork for my own personal and commercial use and to display it on my portfolio and social media.Exclusive Rights Commissions - will give the client complete ownership of the artwork.Exclusivity transfers ownership of not just the actual piece of artwork, but and all associated rights (the intellectual property) to the client as well. The use and display of said piece is allowed only to the client.
